Congratulations, if you’re approved, you’re on your way to joining the LFG VIP club at an equivalent level! Here’s what to expect after approval:
Matched VIP Tier & Start Date:
LFG will match you to a provisional VIP Tier based on your documented play history. For example, if you were a high-level VIP elsewhere, you might be matched to a higher tier like Diamond or above on LFG; if you were a lower VIP tier, you might be matched to Gold. The email from our team will specify the LFG VIP Level you are aiming for. Your VIP Transfer challenge begins immediately as of the start date given in the approval email.30-Day Challenge Period:
From that start date, you have 30 days to complete the wagering requirements (Status XP target) set by the team. The challenge is to earn a certain amount of Status XP on LFG within those 30 days. The exact target is determined by the level we matched you to, higher match levels require a higher XP target. These targets are set at a reasonable fraction of what you’ve already achieved at your previous casino. They are meant to be very attainable for someone of your play history, allowing you to prove your VIP status with some play on LFG.Tracking Your Progress:
As you play on LFG during the 30-day period, you can track how much Status XP you’ve earned. Simply log in and go to “My Account” > “Bonuses” (or the VIP progress section) to view your total Status XP in real time. Keep an eye on your progress bar, it will show how close you are to the target. Because Status XP is cumulative, every bet you place brings you closer to your goal.

If you meet or exceed the XP target within 30 days, congratulations! LFG will automatically upgrade your account to the VIP tier that was promised (the matched level from your approval). This upgrade means your new VIP status (e.g. Gold 1, Platinum 1, Diamond 1, etc.) becomes permanent and you immediately unlock all the perks and benefits of that level, such as higher bonus rates, better reward opportunities, exclusive promotions, a personal VIP Host (for higher tiers), and more.
The VIP Transfer challenge is essentially a fast-track path to a high VIP status: you play as you normally would, and if you hit the target, you reap the VIP Level and all its benefits as soon as you reach the target.
