Suspected unauthorized access

Updated over 2 months ago

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, follow these steps immediately:

  1. Change your password: As soon as possible, update your password. To change your password, view our article here. Be sure to choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other accounts.

  2. Check account activity: Review recent activity on your account for any suspicious actions or changes. Go to your User Profile, select security and check your session history and look for unfamiliar logins

  3. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA): If you haven’t already, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account. This helps prevent unauthorized access even if someone knows your password. To set up 2FA, view our article here.

  4. Contact support: If you notice any suspicious activity or have concerns about your account’s security, please reach out to our support team by email at [email protected] or contact us via live chat. We can help investigate and assist with securing your account.

  5. Review your security settings: Ensure that your contact information (email, phone number) is correct and up to date.

Taking these steps promptly will help protect your account and minimize potential risks.
